Expert Mediation Services
Mediation is a powerful process, capable of mutually benefitting all of its participants. Mediation enables parties to make informed choices that afford greater control over the outcome of their case, while providing certainty of outcome and facilitating an expedited resolution. An effective mediator possesses the knowledge and experience to comprehend the issues at stake in the case, as well as the ability to facilitate communication between the parties.
I spent over 30 years as a litigator, representing parties in civil lawsuits in Superior Court and in workers’ compensation claims before the North Carolina Industrial Commission. During that time, I mediated over 2,000 cases as an advocate for my clients. I have been licensed as a mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Center since 11/06/2025, and now limit my practice entirely to serving as a mediator and arbitrator.
